Leading Teams the “Ripken Way” |

| |
OVERVIEW |
| |
Teams matter. Astute managers understand that effective teams invariably outperform the same set of individuals operating independently. Effective teams truly create a situation where “one plus one equals three”. Yet, building and leading successful teams is not an easy task.
At its core, successful teams have empowered members who operate freely, think and respond creatively and support one another within a high performance, high commitment team culture. This program is designed to develop team leadership skills to promote effective and collaborative working relationships within teams and enable teams to accept both responsibility and the appropriate accountability for the organization’s success. The program design bridges the transition from the classroom to the workplace to promote actionable items upon the participant’s return to the workplace. |
